Return Policy – NXT Market 

At  NXT Market , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer an easy return process subject to the following conditions: 

Eligibility for Returns: 

  • Items must be returned within  7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Certain items such as perishable goods, personal care items, or customized products are  non-returnable (unless received damaged or defective). 

How to Initiate a Return: 

  1. Log in to your NXT Market account.
  2. Go to “My Orders” and select the item you want to return.
  3. Click “Return” and follow the instructions.
  4. Our team will arrange a pickup or provide a return address. 

Return Shipping: 

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), return shipping is free.
  • For other returns, shipping charges may apply. 

 


 

Refund Policy – NXT Market 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. 

Refund Eligibility: 

  • The product must be returned as per our return policy.
  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item has passed the quality check. 

Refund Method: 

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
  • COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer or store credit (as per your preference). 

Refund Timeline: 

  • Refunds are initiated within  5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
